– Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
– Ensure exceptional guest service by training and supervising staff in accordance with company standards
– Manage hotel budgets and financial performance to achieve revenue goals
– Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and increase revenue
– Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by enforcing hotel policies and procedures
– Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
– Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations

– Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
– Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and performance management
– Proficient in hotel management software systems
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
