Priority will be given to educators with expertise in Mathematics and English.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, student-centred lessons aligned with the Ivanhoe Instructional Model: Warm Up – New Learning – Dive In – Reflect
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and promote agency
- Monitor progress through formative and summative assessment; provide meaningful feedback
- Foster strong, respectful relationships to support student wellbeing and learning
- Collaborate with curriculum leaders and colleagues to maintain high-quality teaching practice
- Participate actively in co-curricular programs and whole-school initiatives
What You Bring
- Recognised teaching qualification:
- Bachelor of Education (Secondary), or
- Bachelor’s Degree + Postgraduate Diploma in Education / Master of Teaching
- Experience in improving student outcomes through evidence-based strategies
- Familiarity with contemporary educational practices and child safety standards
- Confident use of educational technologies
- Inclusive, student-centred mindset and commitment to holistic development
- Collaborative, reflective approach to teaching and professional learning
- Alignment with Ivanhoe Grammar School’s vision and values
Desirable
- Expertise in Mathematics and/or English
- Familiarity with AITSL Teaching Standards and instructional coaching models
